Account Deletion

If you wish to permanently delete your SEPADAN account and associated data, please follow the steps below:

Option 1 – Delete from the App

Go to: Profile → Settings → Delete Account.

Option 2 – Request via Email

Send an email to:

support@sepadan.app

Include:

• Your registered phone number
• Your account name

Your account and associated data will be permanently deleted within 14 days.

Data That Will Be Deleted

• Profile information
• Messages
• Photos
• Account authentication data

Data That May Be Retained

We may retain minimal data for legal or security purposes where required by law.
